I really believe PEI Beef is some of the best in the world. I credit this to the farmers that raise the cattle. I always say to our guests that the cattle are raised just like Islanders live their lives. They aren’t in a rush, they have time to grow and live a stress-free life. This allows the beef to have that great marbling and great taste. PEI Beef eats like a fine wine drinks, smooth feel and lots of flavour!
